The Drawing of the Charity Winner and the total contribution amount.

Raffle tickets have been sold all night long and the last event for the evening is to find out who the lucky winner is to pick their favorite charity. We have decided that it should be a true non-profit organizations, no organization with political agendas and associations, etc. It has prevented us from getting into discussions such as “I can’t have my money support their cause, etc.”

The winner is chosen and the Accountant announces how much money the evening has brought in – donations and raffle tickets.

 

Contact the winning charity

Contact the charity and find out how they like the money received – check, money order, etc. Tell them how you raised the money and keep the word of “Pay It Forward” alive.
